Hi I'm ginger. Every one knows me as a very popular herb. I'm used in all cuisines. I'm also a 24hr doctor for everyone. Do you know that all consider me as a good digestive tonic? I stimulate digestion, increase appetite and I also help in sluggish metabolism.

On taking 1/2 a teaspoon of my juice with 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice and a dash of rock salt help in improving the appetite.
Some of m dried pieces can kept in mouth or water boiled can provide relief from nausea and vomiting.

I'm also a curer of joint pains and swellings. My regular use reduces pain gradually. I also help in enhancing immune system.
